Antonina is both expert and passionate, she talked for three hours and I learned so much and enjoy in the same time. Furthermore, she took care of me, welcoming me with a warm coffee and helping me with the taxi driver. Also, the reservation has been quick and easy, even if I did it last minute. And they gave me exactly what I asked in the reservation form.
