Hiking to the Medeo Gorge & Gorelnik Waterfall

A hike to the Gorelnik waterfalls is an excellent, not difficult weekend route, you can go here with children. Also, be sure to come here in winter – admire the frozen, crystal flow.

What you can expect:
In the morning, meet your guide and driver at your hotel lobby to drive to Medeo gorge, where you can see the biggest high altitude skating rink. On the way back we can have some time for a stroll there.
The beginning of the route is a bit complicated. We start our escalation with the staircase, which has more than 800 stairs. Once we are on the top, the route will get easier. The length of the route is 7km both ways. Take a short break to recharge yourself with light lunch. After some time at the waterfall, it’s time to the starting point. If you still have energy spend some time at the skating rink. Drive back to the hotel.
